Winters are on its
peak and many of us are facing issues like cold, cough, swelling, pain, etc.
The temperature of different countries vary. Some of them face extreme cold and
weather at some places are moderate. They can cope up with the help of woollen
t-shirt and jacket.

UK, Russia, Switzerland, India, etc. face extreme weather conditions. Moreover,
their population is huge. For the matter of survival, they follow all the
possible methods of warmth to avoid getting infected from cold. Cold and cough
are common in winters but it can become a trouble if not treated on time. So,
here are some of the precautionary measures that can be taken to protect
yourself from cold without bothering your pockets.
Warm Clothing
It is cold so it is
obvious that you can’t carry your day by wearing cotton clothes no matter, how
many layers are you wearing. For both men and women, you should first wear your
undergarments that must be of cotton. This can avoid direct cotton of wool from
your skin hence, you will not face any itching issue. After that single cotton
layer, you have to wear a woollen t-shirt which can help you recover half the
temperature. Try to wear a high-neck t-shirt. You can try a woollen jacket or
coat above that layer. In case, you are still not satisfied then wrap a scarf
or a shawl around your neck that can cover your chest also.

Jeans and pants are
preferred during the winters. Nowadays, designers have designed woollen pants
also. But still, that single layer can’t work. Wear a woollen or cotton
stocking under your pants. Wear woollen socks with shoes or boots. Now, you are
ready and safe.
How to deal with Breathlessness and Dryness?

If you are not
comfortable with woollen material than moisture your skin with a moisturizer or
coconut oil. Coconut oil is useful in avoiding skin infections. The
availability of the type of moisturizer depends on country to country.
Breathlessness is a problem during winters. Those who suffer from
breathlessness should avoid wearing layers of clothes that cover their chest,
mouth, or nose. The one facing this problem should do regular exercise that can
maintain their body temperature to normal. Avoid overuse of room heater.
Massage

Massages during
winters are very beneficial for skin and health. Oil massages during the
weekends help in maintaining the body temperature. Little warm fortune oil and
Figaro oil can help tone the skin, provides glow to the skin and erase the
dryness. When oil fills the dry pores it becomes difficult for the bacterias
from infecting your skin.
You must properly
massage your fingers nicely with warm fortune oil to avoid swelling. If you are
blessed with the presence of the Sun in your city then take its heat and enjoy
the sunbath. Don’t try to opt for short-cut methods like a bonfire. It is just
for a momentary pleasure.
Dryfruits
Eat 5 almonds
(badam), ⅔ date palms (Khajoor), ⅘ pistachios Pista), etc. during winters.
These should be eaten daily. But you can’t take more than a few of these dry
fruits else this will affect your health.
