Getting rid of the extended belly fat muscles and attaining a full-body tone is what I wish to have. The round tone figure is still cute but the extended belly fat stomach and thighs fat makes it really annoying for me.
Seeing the models and actresses on TV leave a charismatic reflection on me. I am completely drawn towards them. It increases my level of enthusiasm towards getting accurate body shape. l  Padahastasana- This pose is really simple to perform. You need to bend forward and touch your feet with both of your hands. You need to hold yourself for at least 60 seconds. Hold your breath while you bend. It opens and frees the clumsy and tight leg and hand muscles.
l  Sarvangasana- Lay your back flat on the floor the fit your hands and lags on the floor for support and gradually lift your back upwards to create a bridge. It is can be difficult initially as compared to other yoga poses and asanas but it can yield intense results in terms of flexibility. The other way is to take supports of your hand instead and gives support to your legs in balancing your posture.
