Getting rid of
the extended belly fat muscles and attaining a full-body tone is what I wish to
have. The round tone figure is still cute but the extended belly fat stomach
and thighs fat makes it really annoying for me.

forward and touch your feet with both of your hands. You need to hold yourself
for at least 60 seconds. Hold your breath while you bend. It opens and frees

l Sarvangasana- Lay your back flat on the floor the fit your hands and
lags on the floor for support and gradually lift your back upwards to create a
bridge. It is can be difficult initially as compared to other yoga poses and
asanas but it can yield intense results in terms of flexibility. The other way
is to take supports of your hand instead and gives support to your legs in
balancing your posture.
