Tolerance is required when experiencing affliction.   • Savasana: This asana is supposed to make you relax after a good amount of stress during the whole yoga session. In other words, you can say that simply sleep.
  • Adho Mukha Svanasana: This asana helps relieve headache, back pain, and fatigue. It is an aid for asthma, high blood pressure. It also helps in relaxing the brain, relieving the stress and depression.
  • Balasana: Whenever you are stressed the first thing that you do is rest your head on the table or floor if you are sitting on the floor and close your eyes. It means that you keep everything at rest.
  • Meditation: Meditation helps in getting deeper into one's own state of consciousness. It develops an environment for emotional and mental well-being. Because your mind is relaxed so do the tolerance towards physical well-being increases. Coordination between mind and body is quite essential. So, if the mind is tolerant than only the body will react likewise.
  • Pranayama: More than other asanas Pranayama connects people with spirituality the most. When you are supposed to hear yourself that is the time when you get to hear yourself the most. Various Pranayama techniques help in dealing with health-related disorders.
  • Force: This steam is given by tapas. Tapas is the force that lights our mental procedure and continues the order required for change. This vitality stokes the fire of mindfulness, exposing our internal knowledge. Power for the good of its own, in any case, can be a type of negative samskara, so it's significant that tapas be tempered with knowledge. 
  • Vidya: Vidya encourages us to perceive our musings, practices, and developments. Yoga acts through the vehicle of the body, taking vidya to considerably more profound levels. Through yoga, we coordinate and experience physically and sincerely what we mentally know to be valid.
