Let's work towards the solution
Have you ever thought of being alone in a room where everything is just you and you actually interact with your hypothesis and come out after sometime as an entirely different person.....?
Trust me! that's the best feeling one can have because there is no one to listen to you, opine about your emotions and above all there is no one to judge you.
Talk to the walls, talk to yourself in front of the mirror, assume any object as a second person where only you speak and they will listen. These objects are in fact a very good listener and makes you a good speaker as well. Some or the other way, directly or indirectly we also dictate how we want our life to be.
We often tend to tell people what we are feeling, what we like or what we don't like. Here's where the problem arises. After a point of time people starts feeling that we are always complaining. Sometimes, they take our happiness very casually as if they don't care or too busy to notice it or listen to it or they may even ignore our existence. So, all our excitement vanishes as we frequently experience these kind of response from our dear one's.
Speaking our heart out is that cure which can keep us mentally fit. But what to say, whom to speak how to communicate is the topic which needs to be dealt with first. So, let's forget about the problems which may remain a problem despite various efforts and directly work towards the solution :):)
